All Exterior Home Warranty Cancellation Policy

At All Exterior Home Warranty LLC., we aim to provide our customers with exceptional service and support for their exterior home warranty needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore offer a cancellation policy to accommodate such situations. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of your exterior home warranty agreement.

Cancellation Period:
• Customers are entitled to cancel their home warranty contract within three (3) days of the date of purchase without incurring any penalty fees. This period is referred to as the “Cancellation Period.” However, the $25 nonrefundable application fee is nonrefundable.

Requesting Cancellation:
• To cancel your exterior home warranty agreement, you must submit a written cancellation request to All Exterior Home Warranty LLC., at claims@allexteriorhomewarranty.com within the Cancellation Period. The request must include your full name, address of the property that is on warranty, account number, and the reason for the cancellation.

Cancellation Fees:
• If the cancellation request is made within the Cancellation Period, no cancellation fees will be charged.
• After the Cancellation period, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process:
• Upon approval of the cancellation request, All Exterior Home Warranty LLC., will process the refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Claims Made Prior to Cancellation:
• If a claim has been made under the home warranty agreement before the cancellation request, no refund will be issued, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current contract term.

Transfer of Coverage:
• Home warranty contracts is transferable. If the property covered under the contract is sold or transferred to another owner, the contract will be automatically renewed, and no refund will be issued.
• If no new form of payment has been given, the exterior home warranty will automatically be cancelled.

Modification of Policy:
• All Exterior Home Warranty LLC., the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through written communication or updates on our website.

By purchasing a home warranty contract from All Exterior Home Warranty LLC., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.

All Exterior Home Warranty LLC., reserves the right to refuse or deny any cancellation request that does not comply with the terms specified herein. Any disputes will be govern by our Terms and Conditions.
